And at some point, when I found myself without either of those things, I knew something had to change. Maybe I looked healthy on paper, but behind the scenes I was burned out, disconnected from myself, and stuck in the exhausting cycle of trying to “fix” my body through stress, restriction, and surface-level wellness.
And I'm not literally talking about alcohol + swimsuits. I’m talking about what it feels like to be able to actually enjoy your life + fun things AND have the body + health you want.
I wanted the “martinis” AND the “bikinis”… but somehow I had neither.
I remember being a college athlete + team captain, and hiding Little Cesar's crazy bread under my dorm room bed because I was supposed to be a good example.
I remember coming off the birth control pill (after being put on it only because I was an athlete), and not having a regular cycle for years after. I thought this was normal…until it wasn’t.
I then found out I had PCOS at 27 years old and already had endometrial hyperplasia (a precursor to uterine cancer), and if this wasn’t “taken care of” soon, I would be at risk of not having children either. When I had likely had PCOS most of my life, and it was ignored.
I also remember being a corporate professional, withering away at my desk, losing all desire for life, suffering with adult acne and IBS for unknown reasons, and completely throwing all my health goals completely out of the window because “what was the point?”
Food noise completely consumed me. I was only 19.
I remember leaving in the middle of a college class just to get a McDonald’s ice cream cone because I couldn’t stop obsessing over it.
For most of my adult life, I lived in the same cycle so many women are stuck in now: constantly trying to “fix” myself while pushing harder and harder in every area of life. On paper, I looked “healthy”. In reality, I felt exhausted, inflamed, disconnected from my body, and frustrated that nothing seemed to fully stick long term.
These experiences shaped the way I view wellness. What started as a desire to learn how to get fit through workouts and macro counting, turned into going beyond the surface into functional wellness, and root-cause healing. And not because I wanted to overcomplicate things, but because I wanted to understand how to actually feel GOOD again – not just hit calorie deficit targets.
This was the missing piece: Not a bandaid. Not another diet distraction. Not another trendy supplement. But ROOT-CAUSE Wellness.
I started to ask these questions: Who are you, really? What have you been through? What are the things that shaped the way you look at your body and health? How do we change who you are at the root, to change these issues for good?
THOSE are the questions that helped heal me, and what I use with clients today.
Burnout, hormone dysfunction, gut chaos, and the “all or nothing mentality” has many faces. I’ve seen them all.
and here's the thing
After years in the health and wellness industry, I started realizing something frustrating: most women weren’t failing because they lacked discipline. They were exhausted, overwhelmed, inflamed, hormonally dysregulated, disconnected from their bodies, and trying to function through it all anyway.
At the same time, I was experiencing it myself.
From burnout and hormone issues to gut problems, food obsession, nervous system dysregulation, and feeling completely disconnected from myself, I know what it feels like to look “healthy” on paper while quietly struggling behind the scenes.
That experience completely changed the way I approach wellness.
It pushed me beyond the typical things health professionals had been taught. Not to overcomplicate wellness, but to better understand how the body actually works together and why so many women feel stuck despite “doing everything right.”
I built the kind of wellness approach I wish existed when I needed it most.

I believe in showing up for yourself with intention, consistency, honesty, and self-respect - not punishment. This brand is built for women who want more out of life and are willing to actively participate in their growth, healing, and long-term wellbeing.
My approach is built on continual education, practitioner training, and a deep commitment to understanding how the body actually works. I believe wellness should be rooted in both science and real-life application - not trends, fear tactics, or one-size-fits-all advice.
I believe true transformation happens when we stop chasing symptoms and start understanding the body as an interconnected system.
My mission is to help ambitious women build sustainable health in a way that feels intelligent, personalized, realistic, and deeply supportive of their actual lives.
Because wellness should help you feel MORE like yourself again.
I care far more about how you feel than chasing perfection. Energy, confidence, emotional stability, strength, longevity, joy, sensuality, and feeling fully alive matter just as much as aesthetics. The goal is not obsession - it’s vitality.
